A Play Booster draft functions almost identically to a draft done with the original Draft Booster. The Biggest difference is a higher chance at getting more rare cards\, and there are 14 draftable cards per pack instead of 15. \n5:30pm – In person sign ups begin for players that didn’t register through our website. This is also a great time to buy any food\, drinks\, or other pullies you might need for the event\, like card sleeves! \n6:00pm – Drafting begins. The draft begins promptly at 6\, so please be sure to arrive with enough time to register and make any purchases you might need to make. Be the first to play with the new ACE Digimon and X-Antibody forms of some of your old favorites! What kind of event is a Digimon Pre-Release? This is also a great time to get any food\, drinks or supplies like card sleeves you might want for the event\, and to get to know the other players that are participating. \n4:30pm – Deckbuilding begins! Players will get 6 booster packs\, and then have 50 minutes to build a 40 card deck from the cards they get in those packs. This will be familiar to any players that have been to one of our Draft events previously\, and just like in those events\, you can ignore the color requirements when digivolving your Digimon. There’s also no limit to how many copies of one card you can have in your deck\, so if you open 5 or more copies of a card you want to include in your deck\, you can use them all! \n5:20pm – Round 1 begins! DESCRIPTION:Welcome Planeswalkers! Find a partner and see which team will triumph in this casual 60-card Two-Headed Giant event! Remember when playing in a constructed event for this format\, both partners’ decks are treated as a single deck when determining how many copies of a card are allowed in their deck. For example\, there can only be up to 4 copies of Llanowar Elves between both players’ decks instead of each deck being allowed to have 4 copies each. \nEach team starts the game with 30 life. Teammates take their turns simultaneously\, and may plan their moves with each other. Cards that target a single player will affect 1 member of a team\, while cards that affect “each” opponent or player will affect both members of a team. This can effectively double\, triple\, or even quadruple the effects of certain cards! \n5:30pm – In person registration begins for players that didn’t register through our website. This is also a great time to buy and food or drinks\, and to make sure you and your partner’s decks meet the deck building restrictions. \n6:00pm – Round 1 begins. There will be three 60-minute rounds where players compete in a best-of-1 match. \nAround 9pm – Prizes are awarded! All players can expect to get a promotional card\, as well as additional prizes depending on their team’s performance during the event.

DESCRIPTION:Are you ready to rumble\, planeswalkers? Now that we’ve introduced the 10th Magic expantion to be set in Ravnica\, and had a curated Remastered draft experience\, we thought it’d be fun to have a Ravnica-themed commander event where each player will represent a faction found or referenced in Ravnica! To avoid having a faction represented more than the others\, you’ll notice there is only 1 ticket you may purchase for each faction\, and 16 factions to choose from. Your deck must be the color or colors that faction represents. We will make sure each factions colors are listed next to their name in your ticket. \n5:30pm – In person sign ups begin for players that didn’t register through our website. This is also a great time to get any food\, drinks\, or supplies you might need before the event! \n6:00pm – Round 1 begins. There will be two 90 minute rounds\, during which all players will accumulate points that determine their rankings for prizes at the end of the event. Players can also get bonus points if their Commander is canonically from the plane of Ravnica (like Niv-Mizzet)\, or calls the plane home (like Jace Beleren)\, but it isn’t required that your commander or any of your other cards have any relation to Ravnica. \nAround 9:00pm – Prizes are awarded. All players will get a promotional card\, as well as additional prizes depending on their ranking at the end of the event!

SUMMARY:Digimon Card Game: Tag-Tamer Tournament
DESCRIPTION:uIt’s time to partner up Tamers! The Missing Piece is holding its first event with it’s own team-based format we’re calling the Tag-Tamer format! How is this format different from a standard game? Well\, you see… \n\nTeams are made up of two players. Each player must have a 50 card deck\, and an egg deck with 0-5 cards in it.\nDeck building restrictions apply to both decks as if they are 1 deck. So if one player has a copy of Hidden Potential Discovered (BT3 – 103) in their deck\, then the other player isn’t allowed to have any copies of that card in their deck. Similarly\, this also means that there can only be up to 50 copies of cards like Vemmon (BT11 – 061) or Eosmon (BT6 – 085) between the two decks.\nDue to having a larger number of players in the game\, the player who takes the very first turn is allowed to draw a card on that turn. Each team will also set up 6 cards in their security; 3 cards from each player.\nTurns will alternate between the two teams\, and on each teams’ turn\, they will alternate which team member is playing. for example\, Player A from Team 1 will take the first turn\, then Player B from Team 2 will go after them. Then Player C from Team 1\, Player D from Team 2\, and then back to Player A.\n\n1:30pm – In person sign ups begin for players that didn’t sign up through our website. This is also a great time to work with your partner and make sure your decks follow this format’s deck building rules. \n2:00pm – Round 1 begins! There will be three 50-minute rounds\, during which\, teams will compete in a best-of-1 match. \nAround 5:pm – Prizes will be awarded! Players will be paired up against each other and have 30 minutes to play a single game. There will be 3 rounds total. \nAround 1:30pm – Prizes are awarded! Players will be ranked based on their performance during the tournament and receive prizes based on their rank. All participants will be awarded a prize\, no matter how they ranked during the event.
