Instead of all players adding 11 cards to the cube\, and taking 11 cards out\, we have a noble benefactor that has added cards into the cube as a gift to the community\, and players will be able to walk away with ALL of the cards they drafted! \n5:30pm – In person sign ups begin for players that didn’t sign up through our website. This is a great time to get any food or drinks\, and to get to know the other players in the event! \n6:00pm – Drafting begins! Players will have 50 minutes to draft from the cube and build a deck. Drafting will begin promptly at 6\, so please be sure to arrive with time to sign up for the event! \n6:50pm – Round 1 begins! there will be three 50-minute rounds where players will compete in a best 2-out-of-3 match. \nAround 9:30pm – Prizes are awarded! All players will keep all the cards they drafted\, while the grand prize winner can trade any cards they drafted with any of the left over cards that didn’t get drafted. Everyone can also expect to get a Missing Pawn card for our Piecing It Together event on Sundays!

SUMMARY:Friday Night Magic - Tag-Team Commander
DESCRIPTION:Welcome Planeswalkers! We’re inching closer and closer to the end of the year\, and as we reminisce over the past year\, we’d like to invite you to try once again a twist to the Commander format: Tag-Team Commander! \nIn this format\, we will have two-player teams battle each other\, except that only one player from each team will play at a time. When the first member of a team is eliminated\, they will take the cards that were left in their deck\, in their hand\, and in their exile\, but they will leave all the cards they had on the battlefield and in their graveyard where they are. The second team member then shuffles their deck\, has it cut either by their opponent or by the judge\, and draws a hand of 5 cards (They won’t be allowed a mulligan). It will automatically become the new player’s turn\, ending all effects that were on the stack. The new player will begin play with either 20 life\, or whatever amount of life their teammate had when they lost\, whichever is higher. Finally\, as a deck-building restriction\, both players decks will be treated as 1 deck for the sake of determining how many copies of a card is allowed in their deck. This means\, for example\, that there can only be 1 copy of Sol Ring between the two decks\, and any number of Shadowborn Apostle! \n5:30pm – In person registration for the event begins! This is also a good time to make sure you and your teammate have built your decks with the deck-building restrictions in mind. \n6:00pm – Round 1 begins! There will be two 90-minute rounds. The player that was the starting player in round 1 will become the second player in round 2. \nAround 7:30pm – Prizes will be awarded! All players can expect to get a promotional Magic card and Missing Pawn card for our Piecing It Together event on Sundays. Depending on how their team performs in the event\, players can expect additional prizes as well! \n \n

All participants will get a promotional card\, as well as a Missing Pawn card to use during our Piecing It Together events on Sundays. DESCRIPTION:Welcome Planeswalkers! To finish our tour of formats\, we have a variant of chaos draft that incorporates a fan favorite: Mystery Boosters! Each player with have a Mystery Booster as one of their three packs that they’ll be drafting from\, as well as two packs that could be from almost any other set! This time\, we’ll have the available packs players can choose from laid out\, and players will take turns picking which packs they want to draft from. Pack selection will be done in a serpentine pattern\, meaning\, if there are 8 players\, then players 1\, 2\, 3\, 4\, 5\, 6\, and 7 will select 1 pack each in that order. Player 8\, however\, will get to pick both of their packs\, since they picked last\, and then the remaining packs will be picked out by players 7\, 6\, 5\, 4\, 3\, 2\, and 1\, one at a time\, and in that order. \n5:30pm – In person sign ups begin for players that didn’t register through our website. This is also a great time to get any food\, drinks\, and supplies you might need for the draft\, like card sleeves! \n6:00pm – Drafting begins! This will begin promptly at 6\, so be sure to arrive with plenty of time to buy anything you may need before hand. Players will have 50 minutes to draft and deck build. \n6:50pm – Round 1 begins! There will be three 50-minute rounds. \nAround 9:30pm – Prizes are awarded! All participants can expect to get a promotional card\, as well as additional prizes based on their performance in the event. This event in particular will have some additional prizes supplied by Wizards of the Coast from their Festival in a Box product! \n \n

DESCRIPTION:Welcome Planeswalkers! Find a partner and see which team will triumph in this casual 60-card Two-Headed Giant event! Remember when playing in a constructed event for this format\, both partners’ decks are treated as a single deck when determining how many copies of a card are allowed in their deck. For example\, there can only be up to 4 copies of Llanowar Elves between both players’ decks instead of each deck being allowed to have 4 copies each. \nEach team starts the game with 30 life. Teammates take their turns simultaneously\, and may plan their moves with each other. Cards that target a single player will affect 1 member of a team\, while cards that affect “each” opponent or player will affect both members of a team. This can effectively double\, triple\, or even quadruple the effects of certain cards! \n5:30pm – In person registration begins for players that didn’t register through our website. This is also a great time to buy and food or drinks\, and to make sure you and your partner’s decks meet the deck building restrictions. \n6:00pm – Round 1 begins. There will be two 90 minute rounds\, during which all players will accumulate points that determine their rankings for prizes at the end of the event. Players can also get bonus points if their Commander is canonically from the plane of Ravnica (like Niv-Mizzet)\, or calls the plane home (like Jace Beleren)\, but it isn’t required that your commander or any of your other cards have any relation to Ravnica. \nAround 9:00pm – Prizes are awarded. All players will get a promotional card\, as well as additional prizes depending on their ranking at the end of the event!

DESCRIPTION:It’s time to go digital\, Tamers! This event ushers in the new Double Typhoon starter deck for the Digimon Card Game\, and to celebrate our favorite twin Digimon\, Terriermon and Lopmon\, getting a deck themed around them\, we’ll be holding an event where all participants are expected to play a a green deck. This means all cards in your 50 card main deck\, and 5 card egg deck must be at least partially green! \n1:30pm – In person sign ups begin for players that didn’t sign up through our website. \n2:00pm – Round 1 begins! There will be three 50-minute rounds\, during which\, players will compete in a best 2-out-of-3 match. \nAround 5:30pm – Prizes will be awarded.
