It’s time to go back to the beginning Tamers! In this set with cards referencing some of the first movies in the Digimon franchise, players will get a chance to play with the first alternative win condition designed into the game. So join us in this exciting Pre-Release event!
1:30pm – In person sign ups begin for players that didn’t register through our website.
2:00pm – Deckbuilding begins! Players will have 50 minutes to build a 40 card deck and an egg deck with up to 5 egg cards. Remember, for limited play like this, you can ignore the color requirements for digivolving from 1 Digimon into another. You also aren’t limited to 4 copies of a single card in your deck!
2:50pm – Round 1 begins. There will be three 50-minute rounds, during which, players will compete in a best 2-out-of-3 match.
Around 6:00pm – Prizes are awarded! All players will get a promotional prize for participating, as well as additional prizes depending on their performance in the event.
